Creator Ryan Murphy released the title of this season, which will be ‘Double Feature‘, and has also said in his Instagram posts that this season will feature two different storylines- “One by sea,” explaining the scenic seaside pictures he’s been uploading, and “one by the sand.”
About the cast members, audiences will see a return of Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Lily Rabe, Finn Wittrock, Frances Conroy, Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, and Angelica Ross, along with new cast member Macaulay Culkin.
This season is being touted as something entirely ‘different’, something the viewers haven’t experienced before. Why is it so you ask?

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the show’s star Finn Wittrock revealed that American Horror Story season 10 is going to have a more oppressive atmosphere than previous seasons. While he didn’t reveal too much, he did say – “I think this is OK to say, I think the suspense in this and the tight, constrained nature of the story is different than other seasons”.
He further added: “I was really interested in trying to mount the pressure in the right way if that makes sense.”
Touching upon how the show’s mood is going to be far different from anything long-time fans of the series are used to seeing. “It is different in tone than a lot of the other seasons,” he said.
Well, that’s only upping our adrenaline rushes, isn’t it!
