Hold on to your seats, “After” fans, Josephine and Hero are all set to be back on our screens

The After Series is one of those niche things, an ‘if you know, you know’ situation. And those who know are head over heels for the series, which began its life as One Direction fan fiction published to the writers’ social platform Wattpad. The movie was initially released casting Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin.

Their on-screen chemistry was absolutely loved by viewers and, since then, they are “Love Birds” gaining enormous love and support!

The first story in the series, After, was adapted from the novel in 2018, with sequel After We Collided out now in UK cinemas. The third of a total of five novels, After We Fell, has already been confirmed, and then is Happily Ever After.

The synopsis for the third novel reads: “Just as Tessa makes the biggest decision of her life, everything changes. Revelations about first her family, and then Hardin’s, throw everything they knew before in doubt and make their hard-won future together more difficult to claim.”

“Tessa’s life begins to come unglued. Nothing is what she thought it was. Not her friends. Not her family. The one person she should be able to rely on, Hardin, is furious when he discovers the massive secret she’s been keeping. And rather than being understanding, he turns to sabotage.”

That’s right! After We Fell and Happily Ever After are officially being adapted for the big screen. While release dates and filming info haven’t been announced just yet, hopefully, this means that they are planning to shoot both films back to back so fans won’t have to wait too long for them to come out.

Luckily, the books are already out, so you can already find out what happens next to Tessa and Hardin before the movies are released.
