Here’s to recalling the time when Vanessa Morgan took shots at Riverdale directors over racism misconduct

It’s not a new thing in Hollywood where actors get into direct controversies in their career, but news happens when they win the case. Something happened similar with the “Riverdale” fame, Venessa Morgan who plays the role of Toni Lopez in the show.

She took direct shorts on the director of the show, Roberto Aguirre Sacasa for sidelining the black character on the show. The actress also slapped back with the rumours about the former star Ashleigh Murray being a “diva” that made her depart from the show. She tweeted, “I hate black women being called divas for sticking up for themselves, may be the show should write for her like white characters.”

Venessa is one of the popular actors of the entertainment industry being regular on the show of Riverdale for two seasons. The tangle started when the actress took to twitter sharing a sarcastic joke remarking that she is being bad lower than the white cast even after being a show regular. Her remarks on black actors being portrayed in a negative light affected many of her fans and followers creating a sideline havoc for the series.

When taken under fire, the actress took shots on the writers of the show claiming that it has nothing to do with the cast it’s the writers that made the racism. She added, “nothing to do with fellow castmates”, while keeping her points via series of tweets.

The amazed thing that occurred when the director of the series took to the internet apologizing Morgan for their misconduct. The Riverdale directors even remarked that they will try to make sure that the injustice happened with Morgan and others to be solved soon. Standing up for what is right! Venessa Morgan got some real deals.
