Peacock’s Mrs. Davis: Is it coming in April 2023? Here’s what we know about it

Mrs. Davis was developed by Damon Lindelof and Tara Hernandez at Warner Bros. Television, and the project earned a 10-episode series order from Peacock. Hernandez will serve as showrunner while the two will co-write and executive produce. Susan Rovner had been producing the series with them at Warner Bros., and after departing for NBCUniversal, she outbid rival broadcasters and streamers to purchase the project. Owen Harris and Alethea Jones will executive produce and direct many episodes. Betty Gilpin plays a nun who uses her faith to combat technology in the series. It debuted at South by Southwest (SXSW) on March 11, 2023, before its premiere on Peacock on April 20, 2023.

Mrs. Davis: What is the series about?

Currently, the plotline of the upcoming series is still kept under the wraps. However, based on the reports, we know that the show broadly follows A nun who goes to battle against an all-powerful Artificial Intelligence known as “Mrs. Davis.” Moreover, the logline of the show reads, “Faith versus technology follows an epic battle of biblical and binary proportions.”
