It is rumoured that the American rapper Kanye West is in a relationship with model Irina Shayk, and the duo has been seeing each other for quite a few weeks now.
Their romance only accelerated after Kanye’s split with the reality TV fame Kim Kardashian, with whom he had been married for six years, and they share four children, 7 year old daughter North, 5 year old son Saint, 3 year old daughter Chicago, and 2 year old son Psalm.
Irina Shayk, 35, is a Russian model and an actress, born on January 6, 1986, in Yemanzhelinsk, to parents Valery and Olga Shaykhlislamova, who rose to worldwide recognition as the cover girl for the magazine ‘Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue’, in 2011.
The model had previously dated actor Bradley Cooper, from 2015-2019, and they share a 4 year old daughter, named Lea De Seine.

August 2010
Irina featured in Kanye’s music video for ‘Power’, in 2010, where she was giving off powerful vibes of a queen, seated on her throne near the rapper. This was the time when the model was dating Ronaldo and one month after Kanye had parted ways with Amber Rose.
The duo reportedly met through their mutual fashion designer friend Riccardo Tisci.
October 2010
A month later after Irina starred in Kanye’s ‘Power’, the rapper released his new song ‘Christian Dior Denim Flow’, along with other popular artists like Cudi, Pusha T, John Legend, Lloyd Banks, and Ryan Leslie, the lyrics of which feature the model’s name. It goes like, “I’m wilding, I’m on a thousand, I wanna see Irina Shayk next to Doutzen.”
March 2012
During the initial dating days of Kanye and Kim Kardashian, while Irina was still together with footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, the model walked for the rapper’s Yeezy Paris Fashion Show, in 2012.
April 2021
Taking all of us by surprise, Irina was spotted donning a black ‘DMX’ t-shirt, as a tribute to the late great rapper, walking on the streets of the New York City. What feels surprising is that, the tee was designed by Kanye and Balenciaga, as a part of their collaboration.

After having fuelled dating rumours, the duo was spotted together in public, for the very first time, spending some quality time in their romantic France getaway. It was during Kanye’s 44th birthday, that they visited Provence and spent a few days there, after which they returned to New Jersey.
