Low morale and mistrust looms over Kamala Harris’ office

A sense of low morale and mistrust is looming over aides and senior officials at Vice President Kamala Harris’ office, reported Politico.

According to 22  former and current vice presidential aides administration officials, and associates of Harris and President Joe Biden alleged that the office atmosphere is quite tense.

One said, “People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses, and it’s an abusive environment.”

While another added, “It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like sh*t.”

Tina Flournoy, Harris’ chief of staff has been blamed for her refusal to take responsibility for issues and holding others liable for negative results.

Senior adviser and chief spokesperson for Harris, Symone Sanders, defended Flournoy saying she follows an “open-door policy.”
