Small plane crashes in Tennessee, pilot injured

A small plane crashed in Rutherford County, Tennessee, on Monday, injuring the pilot, according to multiple news outlets.

The two-seat, single-engine Cessna crashed leading to road closures along the 410 block on Dejarnetter Lana in Murfreesboro, according to WSMV. Medics have taken the pilot to a hospital for treatment of injuries that are yet unknown, according to Murfreesboro police officers.

The FAA is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
