Ellen DeGeneres honors Breonna Taylor through her Instagram post
Ellen DeGeneres honors Breonna Taylor on her 1 year death anniversary through a sweet social media post! It was this day, March 13, a year ago when a 26 year old Breonna was shot dead by three police men in her apartment during a botched raid.

The popular talk show host, DeGeneres took to her Insragram and Twitter account to honour the life of a young black woman whose ‘colour’ was the reason of her death. The death of Taylor, including George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery gave rise to the “Black Lives Matter” movement seeking justice for those fallen ones.

In honour of this young woman, “Say her name” was raised to remember this brave soul. Ellen posted a beautiful animation of Taylor with the caption, “Working in health care is so rewarding. It makes me feel so happy when I know I’ve made a difference in someone else’s life,” which was said by the young woman.
