Bad Sisters (formerly named Emerald) is an Irish black comedy television series created by Sharon Horgan, David Finkel, and Brett Baer. It is based on the Belgian series Clan, developed by Malin-Sarah Gozin, and is set in Dublin and filmed on location in Ireland. The first two episodes broadcast on August 19, 2022. The sitcom was renewed for a second season on Apple TV+ on November 8, 2022. The series was made as part of Horgan’s Apple TV+ contract.

Bad Sisters Season 2: Plot
Currently, the plotline of the upcoming season of Bad sisters is still kept under the wraps. However, we know that the show broadly follows Eva, Grace, Ursula, Bibi, and Becka Garvey, the five Garvey sisters, reside in modern-day Dublin. Grace’s aggressive, controlling husband, John Paul, dies abruptly, and the sisters become the focus of a life insurance probe. The story alternates between two timelines: one before John Paul’s death, when Grace’s sisters scheme to murder their brother-in-law, and one after his death, when a determined insurance agent attempts to establish the sisters’ malevolent participation in order to salvage his faltering firm.
