Berlusconi fights for his health, sources say would bounce back soon

Italian media tycoon and former Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, is pulling through as fights his battle with life and death, told Matteo Salvini, a key political alley and leader of the far-right-wing party as he said at the RAI public radio, “I spoke to Berlusconi … he’s not very well but he’ll pull through, being the fighter that he is.”

Berlusconi, 84 had been severely infected with the coronavirus infection. However, even with having a close brush with death, he recovered in  September last year. Now he is readmitted to the San Raffaele hospital in Milan on Tuesday to treat the after-effects of Covid-19 and a suspected intestinal infection as well.

Some sources say that his health could now take a much worse turn, but the politician’s Forza Italia party reported that he is getting better and would get discharged soon by this week itself.
