Britney Spears is in the middle of a legal battle against her father who still holds her custody as well as against society. When in 2008 she had a mental health crisis and since then She has no control over her life decisions, she has been in a constant battle to end the conservatorship. Despite all the troubles that she is facing right now, the media decided not to give her some time alone but to antagonize and bother her. A few weeks ago she appeared in court where she said her conservatorship as “abusive and traumatizing.”
The documentary focused a lot on her life that was affected by the media. From scandalous stories and gossip to being monitored by the paparazzi her life has been an open prison, and media has made it that way for her.
Britney Spears is always portrayed her point of view on media which was clear in her 2007 single “Piece of me.” Kudos to Britney Spears for standing up for herself and being an example of a strong woman, people are joining the #FreeBritney campaign, the support we are sure she deserves.
