How do I register myself for the vaccine?

If you are eligible for the vaccine then, you can register and make an appointment through the Minnesota Community COVID-19 Vaccine Pilot Program here

You can also call on 1-833-431-2053 to make an appointment if you don’t have access to the internet, or have any queries.

Who is eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine in Minnesota?

Minnesota is currently in Phase 1C. With previous phases, this includes the following groups:

  • Healthcare workers
  • Long-term care facility residents and workers
  • Anyone age 65 or above
  • Teachers and childcare workers
  • Adults with high-risk medical conditions
  • Frontline essential workers
  • People age 45 and older with any 1 kind of underlying medical conditions; or, age 16 and over with two or more underlying medical conditions
  • People 50+ in multi-generational housing

Who will be eligible next?

The next phase (2) in Minnesota will include:

  • Adults with any underlying medical condition
  • Age 50-64 (regardless of health condition)

Vaccinations for this group are estimated to begin in April 2021.

Can I pre-register for the vaccine?
