Cast

Oscar nominee actor Kumail Nanjiani has been roped in to play one of the Eternals named ‘Kingo’.
He will be seen in an all new role of a superhero, and a demigod, as he flaunted his chiseled and fully toned body in an Instagram post recently, tell us that he’s fully prepped for his character.
In his interview with ‘Hollywood Reporter’, Nanjiani revealed, “I approached him really as the opposite of the opportunities that I had gotten and the opportunities that a lot of other brown men traditionally get in Hollywood. I feel like we’re this group where we can be the model minority, so the smart nerds, or the exact opposite, terrorists, depending on what the project is. Those are the two ends of the spectrum that we occupy and very little in between. I’ve gotten to play a nerd, so I wanted this guy to be cool. I’ve played weaklings, so I wanted this guy to be strong. Brown men have had to play terrorists, so I wanted this guy to be full of joy. So, really, this character for me was defined by what I didn’t want him to be.”
Oscar winner Angelina Jolie will take over as the lead actress, all set to portray the character named ‘Thena’, who has powers similar to that of the Greek goddess ‘Athena’, known for her intellect and fighting supremacy.
Another one of the most powerful Eternals, a main character, named ‘Ikaris’, will be played by Richard Madden, who rose to fame with HBO’s iconic series ‘Game Of Thrones’, as ‘Robb Stark’.
Other cast members include Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, and Lia McHugh as Sprite.
Storyline

‘Eternals’ is set to start off an era, depicting the aftermaths and consequent world after the ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and ‘Spiderman: Far From Home’.
An adaptation of Jack Kirby’s Marvel comic, the Eternals are the immortal products of the Celestials, made familiar in the ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’.
The story will follow their journey and fights against an equally powerful but destructive group of Deviants.
