Exhausted cop’s impassioned rant video on law enforcement goes viral

In an emotional video that has been doing the rounds on social media after going viral, a worn-out Georgia police officer is seen saying he is ‘so goddamn tired’ of people criticizing the law enforcement.

In the video posted on the social media platform TikTok, cop Kelvin Dingle says, “I wake up every morning and kiss my family goodbye, knowing that there’s a possibility I will not come home.”

The video has garnered up to 1.7 million views as of Tuesday morning.

Dingle, who is a major in the Morehouse School of Medicine Department of Public Safety, is seen desperately wailing in the video while driving home in the uniform in his car. “I am tired of every time I wake up in the morning someone polarizes the fact that maybe law enforcement is just not a good thing. All of us are not bad,” he says.

“There are bad people in every career. I am so goddamn tired, tired, tired!” he yelps.

In an interview with Fox News on Monday, Dingle confirmed that he vented because lately, the perception has been that “there’s always something” that portrays cops unfavorably and he’s “had enough.”

The exhausted police officer stated to the hosts of Fox & Friends on Fox News that people have even been ‘frowning’ at him and flipping him the bird while he’s been driving.

Dingle added that when he initially started as a police 20 years ago, “it was not that way.”  He said that he believes the attitudes of people towards law enforcement have changed over the last two years.

“This is something new. It’s a new attitude,” he said.

However, he added, “All of us are not bad. All of us are not bad at all.”  He claimed that most of the cops are “good-hearted people that want to make a difference.”

Talkin about the day he shot the now-viral video, he said, “That day, I just honestly had enough. My heart was broken with the things that I saw just traveling home.”

Adding that, earlier, “It used to be waves. It used to be smiles. It used to be someone saluting you.”
