Festival specials ‘Virtuoso’, ‘Separation’ and ‘Four Good Days’, for theatre release today
Three special releases today…
The latest of crime thrillers from the Oscar winning actor Anthony Hopkins, directed by Nick Stagliano and co-starred by Anson Mount, Abbie Cornish, Eddie Marsan, Richard Brake, and David Morse is the Lionsgate film, The Virtuoso.
The thrilling storyline revolves around a hitman, his boss, a damsel all pinned in a slothy country town.
The movie is for release only on limited theatres and on some digital and video on demand platforms.
Separation, a horror movie is another that is going for release today under the banner of Open Road Films.
The story revolves around an 8-year-old child who is caught between her repelling father and mother, gets into deep trouble as her toys and puppets comes to life. She is the only one who can see these creatures and it is up to her when the real agenda of the puppets gets revealed.
Premiered in the last year’s Sundance Festival was the film, Four Good Days. It was later acquired by Vertical Entertainment and is another of the must watch on todays release.
Written by the Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Eli Saslow and co-stared by Oscar nominee Glenn Close and Mila Kunis, the picture tells the story of a 31-year-old heroine addict Molly (Kunis), who desperately calls her not so attached mom, Deb (Close) to help her in the fight against her addiction.
The true life story will be ready for digital release coming May 21 onwards.
