From co-stars to BFFS: Here are the Top 10 moments when ‘Avengers’ celebrated real friendship
The ‘Avengers’ stars are well known for not only their brilliant onscreen performance together, but also their intense friendship and chemistry in real life.
Being a part of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’, the stars have bonded really well with time, especially when it comes to Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.’s lovely bromance.
Be it Tom Holland, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt or Scarlett Johansson, the actors have never missed a chance of expressing their love and admiration for each other.
Let’s have a look at some of their adorable moments, when they celebrated genuine friendship in real life-
#1 Guessing the cast by their biceps!

This was a fun game, when the cast of ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ were asked to identify their friends and co-stars by merely looking at pictures of their biceps, during MTV’s 2015 interview.
Robert Downey’s bicep had been identified wrongly to be that of Evans, by Hemsworth, Ruffalo and Evans himself, when Cobie Smulders guessed it right.
#2 Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans

We know how their amazing onscreen chemistry dates back to their lovely offscreen friendship, which began with being university partners, as they have attended the same ‘Lee Strasbourg’ theatrical university.
Before working together in ‘Avengers’, the duo have worked in ‘The Perfect Score’, after they first met on the sets in 2004.
#3 Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston

During a press conference for ‘Thor: The Dark World’, the duo were asked about the kind of bond they shared in real life, to which Hemsworth replied, “From the beginning, we were lucky, we just had a chemistry and the same kind of enthusiasm.”
Hiddleston responded, “The two characters define each other and lead each other … When I’m on set with Chris, whatever he serves I return and he’ll return it back and that is the joy for me.”
#4 Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr.

The two have been best of friends ever since they shared screen space playing friends in ‘Avengers’.
During his ‘Reddit’ interview on July 1, 2014, Ruffalo shared, “We have a really good friendship. We’ve known each other since before ‘Zodiac.’ And he’s kind of like an older brother that I wish I had.”
Mark added, “He sort of looks out for me, and I remember when the role came up in, I reached out to him, I was nervous about it, I said ‘I don’t know if I can do this’ and he said ‘It’s alright buddy, I gotcha.'”
#5 The cast wished Tom Holland on his 21st birthday

On the occasion of Holland’s 21st birthday, on June 1, 2017, the entire crew of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, wished the actor by sharing a picture of him, of the time when he had finished delivering a splendidly dusty scene during the shoot, together with themselves singing him a birthday song.
#6 Matching tattoos!

It’s amazing to know, five out of the six real Avengers, got themselves inked with a matching tattoo.
This group of five includes Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr. and Renner.
In a conversation with ‘Entertainment Weekly’, Robert Downey said, “It was Johansson’s idea, and she and Evans did it in New York. Then, their New York guy, Josh Lord, who is amazing, flew out to LA, he did me, did Renner, and then we just bullied Hemsworth into doing it, and he got it”.
#7 When Evans wished Pratt on his 39th birthday

Not just a regular birthday wish!
Evans wished Pratt in his own hilarious way, by mocking his character in ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’, by sharing a picture of a dog peeing upon a board that read, “Property of Star-Lord. Dogs beware”.
Adding another one to his wish-list, Evans tweeted, “Happy birthday @prattprattpratt from me and this giver of zero f*cks. We hope you’re getting showered with affection today.”
#8 Robert Downey and Evans on Twitter

The duo expressed their love and friendship via Twitter, on September 23, 2018, when they compared their bond to those of some famous Disney characters in pair.
Robert Downey shared a picture of Bambi and Faline alongside his and Evans’ picture with a caption, “All the way down to the eye color.”
Not much time later, Evans did the same, this time by posting their picture alongside the one featuring ‘Toy Story’s Woody and Buzz, with a caption, “One good Disney reference deserves another …”
#9 When Evans wished Downey Jr. on his 54th birthday

Our Captain America took to Twitter on April 4, 2019, to send across love and warm wishes to our Ironman, who turned 54 that day, with an exceptionally adorable message that read, “Happy birthday to the man, the myth, the incomparable, the indomitable, @RobertDowneyJr. You’re a true original. Thank you for carrying us these last 10 years!!!!”
#10 When Hemsworth and Holland joked about the other!

This epic interview of Tom Holland, taken by our Thor Hemsworth was a hilarious one, as the two kept making fun of each other throughout the episode.
They were gathered to promote their ‘Men in Black: International’ and ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home,’ when Hemsworth joked about not knowing who Holland was, calling him Tom Hiddleston, after which he asked him the reason for Thor’s absence in the ‘Spiderman’ movies, to which he replied that it was only for those Avengers who were “frontrunners”.
