Gas prices touch an all new high in US
As the panic for fuel rises on the East Coast, prices that have already crossed decade highs, increase to a whole new level by leaving behind the rate of $3/ gallon. It all started when a regional pipeline was cyber- attacked by a ransomware and people’s response to it was rushing to gas stations and hoarding on the available fuel.
The officials have given recurring assurances that the pipelines will resume function over the weekend but the chaos wouldn’t stop. Gas stations can barely compensate with the demand of fuel in that area.
