‘House of Gucci’ posters unveiled: Jared Leto and Al Pacino star as Paolo Gucci and Aldo Gucci
The much-awaited character posters of Ridley Scott’s new movie ‘House of Gucci’ were unveiled on Thursday. The new posters feature Jared Leto, who is playing Paolo Gucci, in a new look.
The movie based on Sara Gay Forden’s book “The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed,” tells the story of the Gucci family, the assassination of Maurizio Gucci, and his ex-wife’s imprisonment for plotting his murder.
Lady Gaga plays the role of Patrizia Reggiani, Maurizio’s ex-wife who was imprisoned for 16 years. Earlier, Lady Gaga’s and Adam Driver’s first look posters were released by MGM studios.

The film written by Roberto Bentivegna features an ensemble cast Al Pacino as Aldo Gucci, Jeremy Irons as Rodolfo Gucci, Salma Hayek, and Reeve Carney.
Earlier this year, Patrizia Gucci, the great-grandchild of house founder Guccio Gucci, condemned the project saying that the movie misrepresents her family members. “My grandfather was a very handsome man, like all the Guccis, and very tall, blue eyes and very elegant. He is being played by Al Pacino, who is not very tall already, and this photo shows him as fat, short, with sideburns, really ugly. Shameful, because he doesn’t resemble him at all.” She told Associated Press.
The movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 24.
