Katie Holmes wishes Suri in a heartwarming birthday post; Pens down- “Happy 15th birthday Sweetheart!”

Katie Holmes’s daughter Suri Cruise celebrated her birthday on April 18 and has turned 15 years. Holmes through her Instagram post poured out loads of love for her only daughter.

“Happy 15th birthday Sweetheart!” she wrote. “I love you!!!!!!! I can’t believe you’re already 15!” along with a series of two heart emoticons and a kissing face. Alongside the caption, she shared a gallery of snaps of Suri from over the years, including two pics of herself hugging her daughter.

Katie and her ex-husband Tom Cruise are the parents of Suri. The two exchanged rings after less than two months of dating in 2005. Suri was born in 2006. In the November of the same year, Katie and Tom got hitched together. Later in June 2012, they broke their marriage. In the divorce settlement, Katie got custody of Suri.

The mom and daughter reside in New York City together. The duo shares an extremely close bond. They’re often caught shopping, dining or hanging with Suri’s friends in the Big Apple. While, Tom has not been publicly spotted with Suri since 2013, and the extent of their relationship is evasive to the public.

Since Suri’s childhood, she has grown up in the public eye, since her parents are celebrities. All thanks to her mom that she’s managed to live a fairly normal life for a child in the spotlight. “It’s been nice that our ages fit,” Katie gushed, regarding her relationship with Suri, in a 2019 interview. “How do I put this? Every age that my child has been and my age at that time has been a good match. We kind of grew up together.”
