Khloe Kardashian’s trainer Luke Milton shares her intensive 45- minute workout as the secret to her flat tummy
Khloe Kardashian has been in a constant struggle with insecurities relating to her body and face. She has been criticized for not having that perfect body type and even been called ‘the ugliest’ of all Kardashian sisters. She has started taking efforts to keep up with the expected beauty standards and body image since then.
While talking to HollywoodLife Celebrity fitness trainer Luke Milton shares his client Khloe Kardashian’s workout routine and the efforts she to put in achieving her now toned body.
He says that Khloe works very hard on high intensity low intervals training to gain a flat tummy and those sweaty abs. She is quite consistent in her workouts.
Khloe swears by his HIIT workout combining cardio and resistance training for short intervals in order to achieve a perfect bikini body.

The workout is usually for 45 minutes but Khloe can go on for 60 because she is a great athlete, he further shares. She works super hard therefore she gets the results.

Luke recommends working planks through 60-90 sec intervals while doing abs as he feels that they really flatten your tummy by building core-strength.
He also recommends of a daily 10-15 minutes of ab workout irrespective of a 60 second, a 90 second or a 120 second of planks that you do.
Luke’s favourite go to workouts for his celebrity clients including Khloe Kardashian are V-sits, planks and cycling abs.
He can’t emphasize enough on the importance of server other activities beside an intense workout. He strongly recommends having a proper diet and doing some yoga and a few stretches.
