Lucille Ball was an American model, actress and a great comedian who was named as the most iconic female entertainer of all times.

She passed away on April 26 aged 77 due to ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.

The American-Australian actress and singer Nicole Kidman is selected to play Lucille in her biopic ‘Being the Ricardos’ created by Aaron Sorkins.

Nicole and Javier Bardem are the spitting images of Lucille and Desi Arnaz  respectively, who were the infamous ‘I Love Lucy’ couple.

The biopic reflects the life crisis faced by the couple that posed a threat to their careers and personal lives, possibly ending their marriage.

The duo got married in 1940 and were divorced in 1960.

Meanwhile, the American actress Debra Messing was all up and pushing for the late Lucille Ball’s role in ‘Being the Riccardos’ even after Nicole was assigned the part.

Debra’s fans showed disdain in the cast of Lucille’s biopic and urged that Debra should have been picked over Nicole for Lucille Ball’s role as she would make a better fit. To this, Debra replied that she would love to do so and was all available for it.

Several people have taken to Twitter to make Lucille Ball go trending along with her spitting image Nicole Kidman and Debra Messing.

The fans have flooded Twitter with tweets in support of Debra Messing to be playing Lucille Ball and that Nicole Kidman doesn’t possess enough facial flexibility for the same.
