Netflix’s animated series ‘Masters of the Universe: Revelation’ all set to premier on July 23
Netflix has finally revealed the biggest secret; the much awaited release of Kevin Smith’s animated series!
The He-Man series titled, ‘Masters of Universe: Revelation’, is all geared up to go on floors on July 23rd this year, standing true to the fans’ speculations of the revival of the virtually obligatory toys in action.
Starting with a clean canvas, the show would return to be more aesthetic with better authenticity while Keeping the roots from the 1980s show still alive, being every child’s imaginary series of the time.
Although it won’t serve as the expected usual start off, the show will be continuing with the story, picking up from where the original series ended.
What better than starting off with a fight scene from the climax, leaving the Guardians of the Grayskull all blown by mind and body, promising to be improvised and grown up versions of characters like He-Man, Teela and Orko.
And the best part? We have a cast ensemble of all popular and well-known members which is not quite surprising.
Starting with our very own He-Man, which will be played by Chris Wood, a popular face of Supergirl, Teela will be played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, Buffy’s face and Skeletor will be played by none other than Mark Hamill along with Lena Headey, a popular ‘GOT’ actress, playing Evil-Lyn.
