Rapper DMX gets admitted to the hospital after a confirmed drug overdose

Recently, the global star Rapper DMX was taken down to be hospitalized after a reported drug overdose. According to a source related to the rapper, the musician did suffer a cardiac arrest which was triggered due to his drug addiction around 11 p.m.

Currently, the singer is admitted to the White Plains Hospital in New York after the breakdown. Any further information regarding the star’s health is still unknown to the public. However, the source told to the Billboard representatives that he somehow got “some brain activity” after going down for hours.

The rapper has been battling drug addiction and substance abuse for years now and was even taken into rehab in 2019. His addiction story started from the early age of 14 when he was forced into trying cocaine by his mentor. On hearing the news, many DMX fans took to his social media offering their wishes for the star’s speedy recovery. We wish the same for the icon too!
