Selena Gomez launches ‘Mental Health 101′ campaign, announces via Instagram
Selena Gomez launched the Mental Health 101 campaign.
Our queen Selena Gomez is here again to save us from the ‘pandemic blues’.
On her Instagram, Selena posted a leaf of her Notes. Captioned, “❤a note from me”, the post deals with giving required importance to mental health.
It announces the launch of ‘Mental Health 101′ campaign, urging everyone to join. Further, Selena delves on how she has a first-hand experience of being entrapped with depression and anxiety from a very tender age. She, then, reasonably elaborates to create awareness about mental health. She advises to acknowledge one’s mental health at a level similar to physical health. She further lends a hand to anyone who’s ‘hurting right now’ and describes how ‘seeking help’ is alright. She then voices the hopes she has with this new project of hers and how she wants nobody to feel ‘lonely’.She really wishes that she could cater to people’s needs and can help “empower young people in ways that may not have been possible before”.
Just a few minutes later, in her follow-up post, she gave us even more food for thought.
The carasoul’s front page asks up a fundamental, yet profound question, “What if mental health was taught at school!”
The second again messes up your mind with the stats about the GenZ attempted suicides, depression aggravating in the pandemic. The 3rd pic gives you a fair reason why “learning mental health at school is as important than learning any other subject”. The following post gives you ways to contribute;by signing the petition, making the donation, sharing the post, tagging a friend. You have the freedom to do one or all of them. The last pic justifies how your one penny can save a life.
We hope that this new endeavour of yours receives as much attention as it can, so that they can reach out and help as many people as they can.
