Shailene Woodley talks about her relationship with Aaron Rodgers on Jimmy Fallon

On Jimmy Fallon, Shailene Woodley revealed meeting fiancé Aaron Rodgers during the COVID-19  pandemic, after her quarantine following her breakup from rugby player Ben Volavola.

“When I first met him, I think my dog like pulled me aside and was like, ‘If you don’t date this dude, I will disown you as my mother, because the three feet that I run with you when you throw a ball is nothing compared to the marathon I’m able to run with him,'” Shailene explained during the interview.

However, it is rather surprising that the limelight couple kept it under the covers till they announced their engagement just days later while giving a speech at the NFL Honors ceremony on February 6.

The Fault In Our Stars actress cheered on Aaron Rodgers as he wrapped up his first week as the most recent guest host of Jeopardy!

Posting to her Instagram Story, Woodley took a video of her football star fiancé on TV, in which she cheered him on and quipped, “Who dat sexy man?” as Rodgers, 37, appeared onscreen.

We both remember meeting each other, it was quick,” Patrick said on Jenny McCarthy‘s SiriusXM show in May 2018. “I got his email address, and I remember thinking to myself, ‘Oh, not a phone number? Just an email address?’”

Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers were spotted enjoying a relaxing evening watching the sunset on the beaches of Malibu beside Woodley’s German Shepherd dog on Wednesday.
