Shōgun is a forthcoming American historical drama television limited series based on the 1975 James Clavell novel of the same name that will air on FX on Hulu.
During the Television Critics Association’s annual summer press tour in August 2018, FX announced that it will remake Shogun and has granted the project a straight-to-series order. The series will be produced by FX Productions and DNA Television, respectively. Producer Sanada is involved. FX Productions is behind the 10-episode limited series.

Shōgun: What is the series about?
