Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai tweets the doodle of the day, which is dedicated to Hisaye Yamamoto, author of a famous Japanese-American short story. This move-in view for extending the organizational support by empowering the movement houses across the state.
The tweet read, ”In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, today’s doodle celebrates Hisaye Yamamoto.”
The $10 million dollar commitment is been directly granted to communities that work for the betterment of the Asian Pacific Islander diaspora residing in America. The organization and fund amount include $3 million grants to Asian Americans Advancing Justice – AAJC, The National Council of Asian Pacific Americans, and another 35+ local organizations working across the state, that fundamentally, provide physical protection services as well as mental health resources to the people.
Also, these organizations include “Self Help for the Elderly” at the San Francisco Bay Area, and another as “Asian Counseling and Referral Service” (ACRS) in Seattle, also the “Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council” (A3PCON) in Los Angeles and the “Asian American Federation” in the New York City.

Google also does a lot for the Asian-Pacific American community. ”Google Arts & Culture is also launching a hub dedicated to Asian American and Pacific Islander experiences alongside more than 48 partners, including the Museum of Chinese in America, the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center, the Center for Asian American Media, and the Shangri La Museum of Islamic Art, Culture & Design — to name a few. It features more than 114 online stories, and thousands of cultural artifacts, archives, and artworks that dive into a rich history, such as the emotional story of the Chinese Poetry engraved on the walls of Angel Island by detainees of the Immigration Station.” says the Google blogs which are linked in the tweet.
