Timeline: Important milestones in Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s relationship
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards had a tumultuous marriage with actor and father of her children, Charlie Sheen.
On the show, Denise Richards shared her married life with husband Aaron Phyperson the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills before her departure last year. However, many fans can remember the days when Denise entertained a stormy marriage with actor Charlie Sheen. Here’s a timeline on the important milestones of the duo’s relationship together.

The couple first met in 2000 while filming the movie Good Advice. But romantic sparks wouldn’t fly between them until Denise guest-starred on an episode of Spin City the following year. By June 2002, Denise and Charlie made things official about their relationship. “I fell in love with who he was when I met him,” Denise shared.
However, by 2006, Denise moved forward with the divorce filing and accused Aaron of having an unhealthy addiction to prescription medication that wasn’t healthy, his spawned violent mood swings and compulsive gambling.
She also accused him of using pornography, as well as threatening to kill her, while Charlie attempted to brush the claims off as “baseless” and “vile.” Six years later, the former couple was in a happy place and fueled reconciliation rumors after they were seenon vacations. But Denise said that they had “become like brother and sister,” adding they were “very good friends.”
One year after tying the knot, the pair acted alongside each other in Scary Movie 3. They welcomed their first daughter together, Sam, in March 2004. The two were happily in love at the time, with Denise guest-starring as Charlie’s ex in a few episodes of Two And A Half Men.
“We are deeply saddened by the recent events and out of our love and concern for our daughter Sam, our unborn child and each other, we ask that you respect our privacy during this difficult time,” their statement released to the People, read. They welcomed their daughter over the summer, which helped them to briefly reconcile.
The actor defended Aaron against the claims that Brandi threw her way.
