June 2018
Barbara and Dylan began dating each other on June 16, 2018, while keeping their relationship under wraps.
Their romance eloped after Palvin followed Sprouse on Instagram and he slid into her DMs right away!
Although initially the model didn’t respond to his texts, but when she did, the two immediately struck a chord and felt connected instantly.
After they started growing close and developed a great bond for each other, Palvin flew to China, to visit her secret boyfriend Dylan during his then going film shoot.
July 2018
Sprouse had taken to Instagram, in July 2018, to post his picture with Barabara, munching away on popcorns as they attended the World Cup in Russia.
The duo weren’t public with their relationship yet, but were quite frequently spotted hanging out together.

Finally official!
The two went Instagram official with their romance, with the model wishing Dylan on his 26th birthday, on August 4, 2018, by posting a sweet selfie of themselves with a caption, “Even though it’s your birthday I feel I just got the biggest present of all. Happy birthday Boss Baby.”
September 2018
Debuting at the red carpet together, on September 6, 2018, the couple was seen attending various events at the New York Fashion Week, including the ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ photography for it’s Icons party.

As the twosome share a surreal passion for anime, they attended Heidi Klum’s Halloween party together, on October 31, 2018, with Palvin dressed as ‘Gaara’ from ‘Naruto’ and Sprouse as ‘Future Trunks’ from ‘Dragon Ball Z’.
In conversation with ‘W Magazine’, Palvin shared about her anime fondness saying, “In high school, I had a friend who would watch ‘Naruto’ with me, but that faded away. When Dylan came into my life, I was like, I’m home, baby.”
