Top 10 Chandler Bing moments that can’t “Be” any funnier

He is a cute sarcastic man who makes jokes when he is nervous! When it comes to the classic  F.R.I.E.N.D.S series, the one thing that cracks us the most is the character of Chandler Muriel Bing aka the funniest guy in the show.

The sarcasm king was a fan favorite and is still regarded as the wittiest character ever made in the sitcom world. The role was profoundly played by Matthew Perry who made it even more classic to witness. Even if there are various unforgettable Chandler moments in the show, we have our top ten sorted for the viewers. “Wapaahh!”

The infamous Joey’s tailor incident

We all remember the episode “The one with Ross’s New Girlfriend” when Chandler was taken advantage of by the family tailor of Joey. Chandler needed dome of his clothes to get altered and his best friend Joey sent him off to a family tailor. Unfortunately, the old man was a twit who groped his private parts while doing his inseams. There was a definite “cupping” as per Chandler, however, the way he elaborated the incident to his two male friends was hilarious. However, Joey’s reaction added some extra laughter to the scene. 

The one with all the cheesecake

There are some of the iconic duos but Chandler and Rachel’s friendship was a bit underrated in the series. However, the cheesecake episode was all worth it. The iconic routine started up when Chandler accidentally stole someone else’s cheesecake which led to a series of stolen cheesecakes by Rachel and Chandler. The last scene of the episode, where Chandler and Rachel were seen picking up the fallen cake from the floor with spoons was more than satisfactory for the viewers.

The one with the sharks

Every person got some fantasy of their own and according to Monica, “Chandler watches shark porn” and it cracked us up. After moving to Tesla, one night Monica surprises Chandler by flying down from New York. However, the tables got turned when she thought she saw her husband getting off watching sharks. Monica being a good wife supported her husband’s “weird” need only to find out she was mistaken. Although the whole drama was hilarious, the misjudgment made the whole episode amazing.

Chandler’s a dropper

In the episode, “The one with the ball” we see the group playing the game of catch and throw with a ball going on for hours. The sarcasm entered the group when Chandler tried to join in but Monica denied saying, “He is a dropper.” He actually is! The whole episode then went on with the four friends, Ross, Joey, Monica, and Chandler playing the ball game till Pheobe’s interruption. Despite the whole competitive game, the end scores proving that Chandler’s definite dropper was the cherry on top.

Chandler and his pretty bath time

Remember when Chandler first took a bath spread out by Monica and he loved it? It was not just him, seeing our sarcasm king in a bubble bath was hilarious. The most iconic scene was when Chandler got into Monica’s bath and was interrupted by his friends pouring with the news. In the end, each of them was present in the bathroom when Ross and Rachel announced the sex of their child. The whole scene was top-notch! He even had his “boat!”

Flashback Chandler

There were many times when the series took us to various college flashbacks of the cast but the evolution of Chandler and his hair was iconic. One episode that stood out from others was the one where Chandler lost his toe. It was one thanksgiving episode flashback when after getting called “fat” by Chandler, Monica trimmed down to get back at him. However, her revenge plan didn’t go as planned and she accidentally cut off the tip of Chandler’s toe. The havoc, the hospital rush, the reactions, and the carrot was something that cannot be missed.

The Blackout phase

“OMG, It’s Jill Goodacre!” Many famous cameos were made in the show, but the Victoria Secret angel debut got the best of Chandler. It established how comic and iconic the character of Chandler is with his secret call to Joey sharing his whereabouts. It was the scene when he was stuck in an ATM vestibule with Jill and the way the whole episode turned out it was “perfection.”

Chandler’s job profile has been a constant topic of interest the whole series and when he decided to give up being a “Transponster” he dived into the deep wave of advertising. However, Chandler being Chandler, came up with series of funny liners and captions for various things. His most hilarious ones were when he was trying to market the plate of fruits. His “Baggles and Donuts, round food for every mood” still made sense I guess!

Chandler and his “epic” love for Janice

There is not a single season that didn’t feature Janice! The session holds various hilarious Chandler Janice moments like the one where he moves to Yamen, the blind date set-up by Joey, and even the online dating extravaganza Janice was a never-ending saga. Even in the final episodes of the last season, Janice made her last appearance making Chandler’s “balls go up” every time he hears her laugh. The plan was successful by Monica and Chandler to scare Janice away from their house, but poor Chandler paid the price.

It is the best combination of love and laughter that goes with Chandler creating the best blend of two emotions. The episode “The one where everyone finds out” led to the reveal of the relationship between Monica and Chandler with him exclaiming that he loves her. However, before that, the series of Pheobe trying to seduce Chandler and to get it cracking was the best time ever!!!
