Workplace reopens gradually, most employees given the option to work from home

As the country recovers from the Pandemic, workplaces slowly start reopening. The employers as well as employees are on the same page with respect to working from home. It is understandable that the offices will not be at their total physical capacity. A survey done by The Conference Board indicates that if conditions improve at the same rate, in the next six months, 72% of the workplaces will positively start running actively.

According to Frank Steemers, the Senior Economist for The Conference Board- “Remote work is really going to stay here. (It’s) probably going to be one of the main organisational legacies of the pandemic.”
