Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre: “working to give relief to student loan borrowers”

On Friday White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre the Biden administration was attempting to give full relief to student loan borrowers who have been taken advantage of.

The U.S. Department of Education on Thursday said it was rejecting a dubious formula, supported by previous President Donald Trump’s administration, that allowed just partial relief to student loan borrowers who were defrauded by profit-driven schools.
