Is Twitter down everywhere?

With several users around the world reporting logout errors and other failures, everyone is wondering if Twitter is down.

The micro-blogging app appears to be glitching causing problems for several users, promoting them to take to Twitter to blog about the problem. The issues range from search terms and tweets that fail to load, retrieving tweets and other content and especially, refreshing the homepage.
