Bottega Veneta rents historical Milan Palace

Bottega Veneta has leased a historic palace in the center of Milan that will be the new office of the brand owned by the world-class luxury goods group Kering, real estate asset management company COIMA SGR said.

Reportedly, Bottega Veneta has signed a 12-year contract to rent 10,000 square meters in the 19th-century Palazzo San Fedele, situated between the city’s Duomo cathedral and La Scala opera theatre.

The management company of Kering group finalized the deal on the behalf of  Qatar Investment Authority’s Italian Property Fund.

Refurbishment work will start at the end of April.
