He took to Twitter and posted the live streaming video of his remarks on the upcoming vaccination program. His tweet read, “Tune in as I give an update on our COVID-19 response and vaccination program.”

His next string of tweets updated on the same. In another tweet he urged the American citizens to get a shot of the vaccine by making an appointment. He said, “It’s easier than ever to find a vaccine appointment. Go to http://vaccines.gov, find a location to get the shot, and make an appointment.”

He said, “Our goal by July 4th is to have 70% of adult Americans with at least one shot — and 160 million Americans fully vaccinated. It’s another huge goal, and a serious step toward a return to normal. Get vaccinated, keep following CDC guidance. We can do this.”

As reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as of Monday, more than 246 million vaccine doses have been operated across the United States. Around, more than 56% of the adult population has received at least one jab of the vaccine, whereas 40% of adults have received two doses.
