Joe Biden off to visit Dearborn to tour Ford Rouge Electric Vehicle Center

US President Joe Biden posted a tweet from his Twitter handle on Tuesday about his visit to Dearborn to tour the Ford Rouge Electric Vehicle Center. His tweet read, “I’m on my way to Dearborn to tour the Ford Rouge Electric Vehicle Center. See you soon, Michigan!”

During his visit, Biden is expected to promote his agenda for American-made electric vehicles and his $2 trillion infrastructure package that includes $174 billion to speed up the development and adoption of electric vehicles.

Biden will pay a visit to Ford’s new Rouge Electric Vehicle Center near the company’s headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. The electric F-150 Lightning pickup will be produced there.

Biden is expected to take a look at the vehicle and take a technical briefing of the truck before its public unveiling on Wednesday.
