Capitol Hill attack: Four more oath keepers indicted
Four more people related to the right-wing Oath Keepers paramilitary group have been charged in the federal conspiracy case in connection to the January 6 insurrection on the U.S. Capitol, according to recently released documents.
Earlier, 12 people were indicted related to the Capitol Hill assault and have court hearings on Tuesday.
The accused named, Joseph Hackett, 50, Jason Dolan, 44 and William Isaacs, 21 were three of the four included in the list of indictment.
The move takes the total number of Oath Keeper conspiracy co-defendants to 16 and total number of those convicted with charge of conspiracy to 31.
However, the fourth name of the alleged conspirator has been kept secret in the case file.
The four accused are charged with hatching a conspiracy to block the certifications of the 2020 presidential election results by the Congress.
The charges also include the destruction of the U.S. Capitol and intentionally entering prohibited areas in and around the Capitol.
