Swiss Bank UBS allows permanent work from home to most employees

Swiss Bank UBS allows most employees most of its employees to work from home but it still holds to set a date for getting back to the office. Last week in a memo to employees, obtained by The Post, UBS announced approximately two-thirds of employees will be allowed to adopt a hybrid work model that will let them work from home or the office depending on their preference.

This largely depends on the role of the employee and country to country. UBS is also starting with new training for managers to incorporate employees who choose to work from home on their teams better.

“We are committed to offering our employees the flexibility for hybrid working where role, tasks, and location allow. It is our aspiration to meet the requirements of our employees for a flexible and future-oriented working environment.” the bank said in a note to employees.
