United States to re-engage with Iran’s 2015 nuclear agreement
On Friday, the Biden administration announced intending a return to nuclear negotiations with Iran obliterating his predecessor’s mistake.
In Russia, a government spokesman called the move a “plus.”
Obama’s presidency denied an agreement that is gaining attention in the Biden administration. President’s decision to” re-engage” with an agreement is well received by fierce opponents to the 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran.
In the years preceding Iran’s 2015 agreement with Washington and several other leading powers, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel repeatedly called their negotiations a “historic mistake.”
“Israel remains committed to preventing Iran from getting nuclear weapons, and its position on the nuclear agreement has not changed,” the statement said. “Israel believes that going back to the old agreement will pave Iran’s path to a nuclear arsenal.”
The nuclear agreement that was signed among powerful nations along with the U.S, Russia, and China with Iran was trigged due to ” dispute mechanism” given Iran’s transgressions back in 2015.
