A day to celebrate every women and her accomplishments, to rejoice with her dreams. Women’s Day is celebrated every year internationally, on the 8th of March.  It is a focal point in the movement for women’s rights. Today we must pledge for a non-biased country where we pay equal respect to every women as she deserves.  To add on, here are some inspirational women of this era who motivate us everyday! 1. Rupi Kaur

Kaur has backed New York Times Best Seller List thrice after self publishing milk and honey which sold 2 million copies worldwide. ‘she’s popularly known as the ‘Queen of insta poets”. Rupi is an inspiration to every woman who wants to see herself on print.

2. Emma Watson

If you stand for Equality, then you are a feminist. Sorry to tell you”- Emma Watson

This gorgeous actress, model and activist has gained recognition for her roles in both blockbusters and independent films, as well as her women’s rights work. Watson has been ranked among the world’s highest-paid actresses by Forbes and Vanity Fair, and was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2015. She is known for her contribution as a female voice and believes in serving equality. This 30 year old woman represents the “power and strength” a woman carries within herself. As she once rightfully quoted, “Equality isn’t about giving equal opportunities to both men and women, it is about considering them equal!

3. Claire Danes

“I am a feminist. Yes, woman have more freedom and more influence than ever, but it’s hardly equal. It’s just not. It’s f-king crazy”– Claire Danes

Claire Danes is the recipient of three Primetime Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2012, Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world, and she was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2015. Claire is a perfect example of an independent woman with a strong belief and can “conquer the world”if she decides to!

4. Jennifer Lawrence

She needs no introduction! Jennifer Lawrence keeps it on toes, and is incredibly a “star woman”. This lady is stronger than you’ll ever know and her contribution has been immense. Jennifer has a strong way of expressing her views and standing for women rights.
