The states and cities are relaxing COVID restrictions after substantial decline in cases and vaccine rolling out to as many people as possible is nothing less than the moment of celebration.

In the recent weeks, New Yorkers watched movies on the big screen, San Franciscans dined indoors, and baseball fans cheered on their favorite big-league players as spring training resumed in Florida.

Matt Skelton, a civil engineering specialist, expressed his overly joyed feeling on Saturday afternoon clutching a bag of popcorn, he said, “It feels awesome.”

“You can feel how it’s not as tense or stressed. People are feeling a sense of relief,” added Skelton, muffled by his mask.
