Here’s all you need to know about where and when to watch Oscars 2021
On Sunday, the 93rd Academy Awards returned after a whole pandemic-stricken year. Keeping in mind the sanitary procedures, the masks would be the show-stoppers.
You can catch the Academy Awards, air on ABC at 8 EDT/5 PDT or on the ABC app. There are other options like YouTube TV and Hulu with Live TV available too.
And yes there will be a Red Carpet too! To be a part of “Oscars: Into the Spotlight” pre-show special (ABC, 6:30 ET/PT), it would comprise only nominees, their guests and presenters after several rounds of testing.
“It is not a traditional (Oscar) red carpet, it’s a teeny-tiny red carpet,” said Sher to Soderbergh. “It’s a very small footprint for safety reasons, obviously.”
