Hexagon to acquire Infor’s EAM business for $2.7B
Hexagon, a digital reality solutions company, agrees to acquire the global enterprise asset management (EAM) business of Infor for $2.75 Billion. The transaction and payments will take place both in cash and stock. Koch Industries will take an ownership stake in Hexagon. Koch Industries is a parent company of Infor.
Infor’s solutions are combined with Hexagon’s sensor and software technologies. The Infor’s EAM business and its 500 employees to be positioned within Hexagon’s Industrial Enterprise Solutions segment and serve Hexagon businesses in asset-intensive ecosystems including mines, manufacturing, and farms.
