Israel stated on Wednesday that it killed 16 members of the Hamas armed wing in Gaza in a bombardment. Also, Palestinian militants shot rockets on Israel after Washington claimed that it would send an envoy to try and make the situation the peaceful.
According to the enclave’s health ministry, around 56 people have been killed in Gaza after violence aggravated on Monday. Medical officials stated that six people have been killed in Israel.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the brigade commander for Gaza City was one of the senior members of the Islamist militant group who had been killed, reported Reuters.
“This is just the beginning. We’ll hit them like they’ve never dreamed possible,” he added.
Just after the declaration, a new rocket barrage was shot at the Israeli city of Ashdod and Israeli media confirmed that the military was preparing for new salvoes on the Tel Aviv region.
