Peraton announces Human resources, information technology and procurement executive leadership appointments
Peraton, the leading mission capability integrator and transformative enterprise IT provider, announced the appointment of three members to its executive leadership team on Monday.
The company has appointed John Reing as the chief human resource officer (CHRO). Reing previously held the position as a partner within PwC’s Organizational and Workforce Transformation Practice. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s integrated human resources strategy, including talent acquisition and management, total rewards, leadership development, and employee relations.
The second appointment announced by the company was of Rebecca Machale, as the named Chief Information Officer (CIO). The former CISO for Blackboard, Inc., will be leading Peraton’s digital transformation, providing the advanced technologies and IT solutions needed to support the strategic and operational objectives of the company.
Peraton’s Chief Procurement Officer was also announced on Monday. Lori Ellis, priorly the vice-president of procurement for SAIC, was appointed to the position. She will be serving as a strategic partner to Peraton’s business sectors and will be responsible for all aspects of the Procurement organization including procure-to-pay, strategic sourcing, and vendor management. Ellis will also serve as the executive sponsor of the company’s veterans employee resource group.
