President Biden to disclose the plans laid out to tackle problems like the racial wealth gap between white and non-white populations of the USA, reforming and adding the much-needed rules under the Department of Housing and Urban Development to combat housing discriminations, uplifting minority communities that have had slow or dormant development due to poverty, lack of investment in Infrastructure- among many others.
Grants worth more than $150 billion have been assigned to take on each of the targeted problems, some of them yet to be passed by Congress. The announcement will hopefully clear doubts on the matter and throw more light upon the investment plan.
