Staff and clients will not be allowed in Morgan Stanley’s New York offices without vaccination
Client and staff members who have not yet been fully vaccinated will not be allowed in the New York offices of Morgan Stanley, July 12 onwards. This decision came in view of the rising COVID-19 cases in the world.
Although the majority of its staff has been vaccinated, this decision is inspirational to various other businesses for the safety of their staff members as well as of the clients/customers. It will also help the bank to curb the policy of being masked up inside the premises. Although this policy seems quite stringent and strict to some, such mandates are the need of the hour.
“Starting July 12 all employees, contingent workforce, clients and visitors will be required to attest to being fully vaccinated to access Morgan Stanley buildings in New York City and Westchester,” according to the memo of financial times.
