Texas is tightening election laws same as other states

Texas is also introducing a barrage of bills like other numerous states to tighten election laws in the Lone Star State following the 2020 presidential election. As soon as the legislation appears Texas Gov. Greg Abbott will sign it.

There has been a focus on Harris county by Abbott and state Republicans which includes heavily Democratic Huston, to send out the applications many efforts are been taken they are requested to mail in a ballot from every registered voter and allow drive-thru voting.

At a news conference, Abbott said .”Whether it’s the unauthorized expansion of mail-in ballots or the unauthorized expansion of drive-thru voting. we must pass a law to prevent election  officials from jeopardizing the election process .”

Abbott has also encouraged state lawmakers to get the voting bills, but the officials return fire to him.

”These kinds of attempts to confuse, to intimidate to suppress are a contribution of policies we’ve seen in this states since Reconstruction, it is a contribution to the big lie that’s being peddled by some far-right elements that the election in 2020 was somehow not true and should be overturned .”said Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.

there have been claims of fraud in the 2020 election, Texas is taking action to calm down on rolling voting before election day.

There is no evidence found of extensive fraud and irregularities pressed by the Tramp campaign in the states said Former US Attorney General William Barr.
