The Handmaid’s Tale: “Nothing changes between” Fred and Serena
Another one from episode seven ‘Home’!
Hulu’s dystopian tragedy drama series is back with yet another recap from it’s latest episode, featuring a pregnant Serena and an infuriated June, surrounding tons of curiosities around them.
Taking to Instagram, the show has put up a picture of the onscreen couple Serena and Fred, with a caption, “Nothing has changed between us”, on May 31.

The Handmaid’s Tale season four, witnessed the wrath of June unleash onto a mother to be Serena, who wishes nothing but only worse for her.
After June confronts her, she fearfully goes back to her now only remaining ally, Fred, but what are her plans? Why has she returned?
Even though most of the episode focuses on June’s settling down in Canada while finding solace in her new home, the Waterfords make a revisit, and would probably end up deciding fates.
Serena and her commander husband Fred Waterford, have not been doing great recently and are on the verge of splitting apart, with the former sensing betrayal and the latter wanting to push her through.
It is only when Fred has been informed about his wife’s pregnancy by Rita, that he wishes to make amends.
Despite of having made a firm decision on breaking all ties with husband, Serena goes back to him, finding no other option after facing a turbulent June, inability to convince Rita and her fading bond with Mark Tuello, in order to protect herself and her unborn child, who’s father hasn’t been disclosed yet, inspite of the claims that say Fred is the one.
