Tornado watch issued in most part of the state in Oklahoma

As unstable wind breezes into Oklahoma on Thursday, a tornado watch was  issued for most part of the state.

A cold wave is passing into northern Oklahoma, which is believed to lead to showers and storms.

Storms are expected to form in northern Oklahoma and then swiftly increase in shape throughout the afternoon as the front moves forward to the south. Thus, a tornado watch was ordered by the National Weather Service for much of the state till 7 PM on Thursday.

In inclusion to a low tornado warning, Oklahomans might also experience large hail, severe winds, strong thunderstorms, and heavy rainfall.

Oklahoma City residents are required to be aware of the weather from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Storms will move towards southern Oklahoma by evening with possibility of extreme weather up to midnight.

However, it is expected that the weather tomorrow will be much calmer and cooler in the upper 60s.
